ARMAND MEACHUM

Armand's responsibilities include managing projects from start to finish. This comprises of: site measurements/as built, schematic design, client interaction, MEP consultant coordination, electrical power and lighting plan design, Interior and millwork design, schedule control, construction management, and total quality management. He works with the commercial branch at CVG. His project experience includes: single family homes (new construction, additions, & renovations), Multi-family development and renovations, commercial units, historic landmarks, hospitality units, healthcare, automotive dealerships and service centers, banking, and retail. He has worked in the Chicago area for over 17 years. Armand continually demonstrates skill in meeting compressed time schedules and budgets without sacrificing valuable solutions for clients.
